Op-400 Eco

Manufactured by Kusing

DESCRIPTION

The KUSING RP-OP-600 3.0 rip saw is the ideal solution for productions looking for a saw for longitudinal material cutting. The designation 3.0 indicates the number of steel pulling rollers. In this version there are three pulling rollers. This concept is recommended for companies that do not work with thick and long prisms. For this use, we recommend the concept with the designation 4.2, i.e. with six pulling rollers.

The machine offers a wide range of modifications and accessories for ideal adaptation to production. These accessories consist of:

  • Inlet roller table
  • Output roller table
  • Digital distance indicator for
    plastering
  • Positioning any number of rolls using roll carriers
  • Moving two disks of fixed size simultaneously
  • Side ruler for processing
    boards with a straight edge

ACCESSORIES

  1. Digital control

The machine can be equipped with a digital control system that ensures precise positioning of the disc.

2. Digital measurement

If the machine is primarily used for plastering boards to the maximum size but you want to be able to occasionally quickly cut a board to the exact size, then installing only digital measurement is a solution for you that saves time and money.

3. RP-OP-600 3.0 Manual version

RP-OP-600 3.0 machines are also produced in a manual version, where the operator moves the disc using a mechanical lever based on the scales.
