Apache’s ZipLink belt features a blue carboxilated nitrile roughtop on a polyester monofilament spiral link mesh carcass. The ZipLink design eliminates mechanical lace and replaces time consuming, costly, vulcanized endless splices. Features a longer service life due to no “weak link”, eliminating failures common to other splices.

The roughtop cover offers excellent cut, abrasion, and oil resistance for long wear in the toughest of applications. Using a simple hand tool this belt can be easily spliced on-site to any length, or supplied with prepared ends for quicker installation. Troughable and easily tracked, this belt is an ideal solution when a tough, endless belt is needed. Commonly used in metal stamping, corrugated cardboard production, plate glass plants, and sanding applications.
